Fluffy Pancakes
Fluffy and Moist pancakes!
Ingredients:

- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- butter
Directions:
1.) Combine milk and vinegar in a medium mixing bowl and set aside for 5 mins.
2.) Add all the remaining ingredients one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3.) Pour batter (1/4 cupfuls) into a buttered pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula and cook until browned on the other side.
Enjoy with maple syrup!

Banana Bread
Perfect Sweetness, Fluffy, No Butter.

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cups apple sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
1.) Cream sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl.
2.) Add all the remaining ingredients one at a time, beating well after each addition.
3.) Pour batter into a buttered loaf pan and bake for an hour at 325 F.
Enjoy while it's warm!

Crispy Baked Chicken Wings
Easiest, Crispiest, and Healthiest Chicken Wings you'll ever make.
Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
1.) Pat the wings dry then toss in baking powder and salt.
2.) Bake for 30 mins. at 250 F on the lower rack.
3.) Move wings to the upper rack and bake for 40-50 mins. at 425 F
4.) Place Honey Garlic Sauce ingredients in a bowl and toss the wings in.
Enjoy your crispy honey wings with fresh carrots and celery sticks.
