Kara is my pretty little chocoholic niece who helped me made these awesome Crinkles for the first time. And as always, we cheat those little sweet toothed friends by using just the right amount of sugar.
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa (I buy mine at Trader Joe's)
Directions:
1.) Mix together cocoa, sugars, and oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add the rest of the ingredients one by one while mixing.
2.) Cover dough and chill for at least 4 hours
3.) Roll dough into one inch
balls. Coat each ball in
confectioners' sugar and place them onto cookie sheets.
4.) Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Let stand on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool.
