Roast Chicken Drumsticks with Parsley & Garlic

Olive Oil and Butter.....the best way to fry chicken.


1 tablespoon Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
12-16 Chicken Drumsticks
1 Garlic Clove, 
finely chopped

4 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

3 tablespoon Lemon Juice


1) Heat frying pan over a moderate heat. Add the oil & half the butter.
2) Season the drumsticks with salt & pepper. When the butter is foaming, drop in the drumsticks, and fry until lightly browned all over
3) Cover the frying pan with a lid and leave the drumsticks to fry gently for 25-30 minutes, turning regularly.
4) Remove the lid and add the remaining butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice.
5) Take the frying pan off the heat and leave the flavors to infuse for about minutes before serving. Serve with fried rice and your favorite veggie.
